GSD Pawsitive is a dog training club for German Shepherds only.

All dogs and owners will be assessed prior to joining.

Dogs of all ages will be accepted i.e. from 3 months upwards.

The maximum number of dogs in any one class will be eight.

Each class will be one hour long, once a week

The price of the classes will be £30 a month, payable on the first of each month

The aim of the club is to get every dog (within the club) up to gold in the kennel club good citizens scheme and to do scent work & retrieve etc. Also to set up a display team to go around local fetes and shows etc.

The principle of the club, Malcolm Hewitt, is a fully qualified instructor with The Academy Dog Trainers & Behavior in which he has reached the top grade: Gold instructor. He has been training dogs for over thirty years, and currently owns two shepherds, Jade, a 4yr old bitch (she has gold in KCGCS) can also do scent work etc. And Koi, a 1yr old dog (he has passed bronze in KCGCS).
