Our first Fun Day was held on Saturday 4th August 2007, and it was a huge success.

We'd like to say a huge thank you to Gill Devereux for being our judge for the day, and to everyone else for attending and making the day so enjoyable.

It was a scorcher of a day, so, unsurprisingly, the "Doggy Paddling Pool" proved to be the most popular side stall.

Simba winning "Best Rescue" closely followed by Bentley. Both these dogs have come such a long way, thanks to the dedication, hard work and love of their owners, Jerry and Julia.

Gaby winning "Best Child Handler", with Helen coming in second place. Both are wonderful handlers and always train their dogs (Porsha and Jazz) in a very calm, happy, confident and relaxed way. Helen has just passed Bronze in the Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme with Jazz, and Gaby is now working towards Gold Level with Porsha. The following week, Gaby went on to win the "Young Handler" award at the Margaret Green Foundation Trust's Fun Day and Dog Show at Church Knowle. Very well done!
